This Influencer Marketing Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Date] ("Effective Date") by and between:

2. "Platform" refers to the specific social media channels, websites, or other digital outlets used by the Influencer to promote the Company's products or services.

📝 Scope of Work

The Influencer agrees to create and publish the Deliverables on the Platform as described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by reference. The Deliverables shall be completed in accordance with the specifications, deadlines, and other requirements set forth in Exhibit A.

💰 Compensation

In consideration for the Influencer's performance of the services described herein, the Company shall pay the Influencer a total fee of [Total Fee]. The payment terms and any additional compensation, such as product samples or affiliate commissions, shall be detailed in Exhibit A.

🌐 Platform Guidelines

📈 Intellectual Property Rights

The Influencer grants the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works of the Deliverables for marketing and promotional purposes. The Company shall have the right to request reasonable revisions to the Deliverables to ensure compliance with its brand guidelines.

🔒 Confidentiality

The Influencer agrees to keep confidential any non-public information related to the Company's products, services, or business operations that is disclosed to the Influencer in connection with this Agreement.
